Minnesota Employee Assistance Program Administrators and Counselors (MEAPAC), established in 1980, is a statewide professional association comprised of Employee Assistance (EA) professionals.  MEAPAC offers opportunities to its members for professional development, continuing education, lively professional discussion, idea exchange and a sense of community in this dynamic and evolving field.

Employee Assistance providers fill the critical space between compassionate insight of human services and the performance needs of employers. Participation in MEAPAC helps address the isolation of a unique field that is not completely understood by many other mental health professionals nor by managers or employees in organizations that EAPs serve.
